Membership Interest Survey

Please take a couple minutes to complete the survey and if you find it's content doesn't interest you please consider providing feed back on what does interest you so we can adjust our perspective and schedule meeting which will interest you and motivate you to participate more actively in our organization.

A.  I haven't attended meetings as often as I would have liked to this past year because:
The day of the meetings isn't convenient
The time of the meetings isn't convenient
I haven't received adequate notice of the meetings

It is important to me to include a worship service as a part of the meeting
It is not important to me that a worship service be a part of the meeting
Having a worship service is not necessary because I attend services regularly at in my home Parish
I would prefer to have the worship service at the beginning of the meeting
I would prefer to have the worship service at the end of the meeting
